Billing reports provide details about anything CONSOLmx bills to the subscriber. Reports may include billed items with tracking numbers, color printout costs, mail drop costs, and other details.
Formulary Reports
Formulary reports new prescriptions by Member and Group.
ID Card Reports
ID card reports provide details about cards sent out to Members. Additional details are available include member carrier and group IDs, which welcome letter was attached and what formulary was used.
Clinical Reports
Clinical reports include statuses of clinical procedure status including approval/denial letters sent and prescriber data.
Item Reports
Item reports include inventory data, order details, and other analytics broken down by date and store.
Virtual Benefit Fair Reports
Reports about the Virtual Benefit Fairs feature data collected about what links within the Fair were clicked and can be filtered by date.
Communications Reports
Reports are available that document communications and documents that are sent out through our system. This is very helpful for documenting communications that are sent out as part of automated processes.
