A Smart Process


CLIENT NEED
Our client provides full-service, integrated Pharmacy Benefit Management services, including network-pharmacy claims processing, home delivery (mail order), benefit-design consultation, drug-utilization review, formulary management, disease management and drug data analysis services.

Consolidated Solutions was charged with designing and building a creative process for managing the client’s open enrollment packages in the most efficient and cost effective way possible.

OUR SOLUTION
Using in-house technology resources, Consolidated developed an online solution to generate monthly Explanation of Benefits and Open Enrollment packages. This EOB process automation allows for more than 350,000 EOBs (3 million pages total) to be generated from data submission within five days. We were also able to commit to distributing these packages in the mail within eight days.  In total, over 10 million pages of personalized Open Enrollment information was produced, assembled, packaged and mailed.

Government imposed deadlines were met and the client has now built a proven state of the art software and manufacturing solution, which they can leverage to manage future growth with minimal incremental cost. The client expects 300% growth in their business year over year, and Consolidated Solutions will continue to serve their brand.

Driving Traffic


CLIENT NEED
Consolidated Solutions’ client, a developer of enterprise software and services for the hospitality industry, challenged us to increase traffic to their national retail trade show and ultimately to help drive more sales as a result of their presence there.

OUR SOLUTION
We designed and produced a pre-show multidimensional direct mailer, targeting 80 IT director prospects who would be present at the trade show. The mailer included a personalized invitation to meet an assigned sales representative during the event. Inside the invitation was an Apple iPod Shuffle case – without the actual iPod. The recipient had to appear personally at the booth to receive the iPod Shuffle and ear buds.

79% of those mailed visited the booth to receive their Shuffle, thus our clients’ salespeople had many valuable conversations, and scheduled follow up calls with their prospects.

Digital For Dealers


CLIENT NEED
A global tire manufacturer and distributor has a network of over 40,000 dealers for which it helps to generate business by supplying literature, wearables, signage, retail displays and other promotional items. These dealers had to select items by going through the process of requesting a catalog, receiving it from the tire company, perusing it, and then faxing orders to various vendors, based on the items chosen. Our client approached Consolidated Solutions to help streamline this time consuming, expensive process. They wanted to create a superior user experience for their dealer network, as well.

OUR SOLUTION
Consolidated Solutions examined the process, then suggested discontinuing the printing of the catalogs, saving the client money, paper, and time. The alternative was the creation of a customized digital storefront. This storefront serves as a centralized location for dealers to obtain all materials needed. The organization now enjoys a single online fulfillment center, which also allows them visibility into metrics like frequency, items ordered, and other pertinent information.
